My body clock is always messed up once I took a nap.
Probably because my nap is never short.
The shortest would be two hours. Haha. No kiddin.
So it sucks so bad when I have sick days. Like I did last week.
I took a nap on Wednesday afternoon and I went to bed about the same time on Thursday night.
I found myself wide awake early Friday morning. Like 3 am.
Yep, my body thought it was just a nap.
So I went to BBW on Saturday to look for this baby……
