So okay, since I have been into workouts the past months, a friend of mine suggested me to use this app called ‘Freeletics’.
Of course I went and download it after seeing this Youtube video. LOL.
The workouts on it are so tough!
And another thing I did was complaint to him.
“Why did you introduce that app to me?”
“THEY ARE HARD.”
He simply said “Then you are not fit enough.”
I tried ok. I freaking tried but could never finish all the rounds.
I guess I was not that fit anyways. 😦

I finally finished one of the free workouts that the app offered this morning!!!
I was out of breath but happy!
I got Metis out of the way and what I like about this workout is, you don’t need anything.
Just your body weight, timer (optional. Best for your own reference) and most importantly, motivation. (hahah F me right?? ) 😉 😉 😉
So here’s my time:

10 Burpees, 10 climbers, 10 jumps
25 Burpees, 25 climbers, 25 jumps
10 Burpees, 10 climbers, 10 jumps.
I finished in under 8 mins I couldn’t even believe it. 😀 I stopped in between reps especially round 2 but I didn’t stop my timer. So I know how I progress. That’s the fun thing about fitness. You gotta be honest with yourself! And honesty is a great value! 😀

My motivational songs were from Limp Bizkit. Let me know if you guys have tried Freeletics Metis ok!
